Refund Policy

We offer 7-day exchanges with reverse pick-up services, deducting a flat Rs 100 per order for reverse shipping.

Items purchased from Haania Manzar are eligible exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

1) All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing

2) For all second-time shippings, a Rs.150 shipping fee needs to be processed for re-shipping. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from.

3) No RETURNS & REFUNDS are eligible for accessories and limited edition items. Once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. Kindly choose the size carefully.

4) If the requested size is not available for exchange, store credit will be provided.

5) Echange is allowed if thr is any size issue or product is damaged . 7 days exchange period
6) 100 rs shipping charges of you do exchange.product must be in its original state with all the tag amd should not be used.

7) All sales are final we do not issue refund for product once the order is confirmed and payment is processed
